6:12 am.
Woke up at 6 in the morning on my day off, after going to bed at 1 am. My back hurts, and now my stomach is grumbling. I think I'm going to start the speadsheet for the guest list. That may bore me enough to go back to sleep.
Things I want to talk with my Dr. About....
1. My insomnia
2. Joint pain in hips and shoulder
3. Foot pain with red line on my arch.... Foot fungus?
4. Dizziness during some exercising....
5. Lowering my blood pressure medication.
